SoulNote Designer Kato Shares Thoughts On Hailey 3

Hideki Kato is the chief designer of the well-known Japanese HiFi brand SoulNote, and he and SoulNote’s European business development manager Yuhsuke Iwahashi recently visited the YG factory in Colorado to see and hear the newly updated Hailey 3 speaker. It took about 20 seconds of listening to the new Hailey 3.2 for Kato to turn and say, “I’m ordering the upgrade.”

Munich HIGH END 2023 was amazing! We had a team of ten people from YG at HIGH END, with examples of almost every product we offer. As we head home, each of us want to send a heartfelt thank-you to all our partners, distributors, dealers and visitors. You made HIGH END an incredible experience for us all!

Incredible Reception for the Peaks Ascent at Munich High End

This year, we demonstrated four loudspeakers at Munigh HIGH END 2023. One of these was the Ascent, middle of the three floor-standers in the Peaks range. Running off a system including electronics from Burmester and Weiss Engineering, the Ascent was a huge success and an audience favorite.

The Reference 3 models include a wide range of new technologies and design innovations based on novel theoretical models, detailed multi-domain simulations and thousands of hours of listening. The end result: loudspeakers which convey every nuance of emotion, each musical cue from the tiniest micro-detail through to the visceral impact of the most thunderous crescendo.

Seoul International Audio Show 2023

YG Acoustics was pleased to attend and support the 2023 Seoul International Audio Show last weekend, which provided a cool and sunny destination for audiophiles and exhibitors over three days in Seoul, South Korea. YG's Korean distributor GLV managed two rooms at the show, displaying Tor speakers and stands in a smaller room, and cycling through Talus, Ascent and Vantage Live demonstrations in a larger room.
